Ordering and Payment:

How can I place an order at Cro S zn?

You can easily place an order by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and then completing the checkout process on our website.

What payment methods does Cro S zn accept?

For now, only PayPal is available for secure and easy transactions. Other payment options will be added later (probably including Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they've been placed due to our rapid processing time. Please be sure to carefully review your order before placing it.

Shipping and Delivery:

What are the shipping options at Cro S zn ?

We offer standard shipping for all orders within Belgium via Bpost, at Bpost's current rates. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Belgium. We are working on enabling international shipping in the future.

Returns and Customer Service:

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (the notification email must be received within 30 days; the shipping date serves as proof), provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service for instructions.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used for purchases in our online store. They're perfect for any occasion!

When will new drops be online?

We're working with limited drops that will be released online at pre-announced times. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about the release dates—because once they're gone, they're gone. We aim to release at least three drops in 2026. The first will be in early January: be sure to follow our social media channels so you don't miss out on this first drop!

What's the difference between the drops and the Core Collection?

Our drops are temporary, exclusive releases with unique designs that are only released once. The Core Collection consists of timeless essentials with the signature Cro- Zn look that will remain available in our shop for a longer period. Think must-have basics that are always on point. These will be gradually added to the webshop after the first drop.
